Biography

After receiving a BA in Theater Arts from San Diego State University, Tobias Nordquist started his profession as a cinematographer and editor in 2006. He shortly realized thereafter that his passion lay in directing and producing. Tobias founded his production company in 2008 (Carnivale Pictures AB), and since then Tobias has directed and produced award winning short films, documentaries, television productions, web episodes and music videos. As CEO of his rapidly expanding establishment and as a two-time award winner for best director, Tobias has worked with musical artists such as Swedish House Mafia, Eric Saade, Dev, Salem Al Fakir, J-son, Lisa Miskovsky, and Panetoz to name but a few. He has also directed commercials for companies such as LG, WESC, Orriflame, Spotify, Sony and Opel. Additionally, Tobias partakes in charity projects, supporting organizations such as Friends, WWF and the Swedish Children Foundation.
