Catalina Furra

An ardent creative from California, Catalina Furra has directed short films, music videos and experimental projects. Joining SAG-AFTRA at a young age, she acts in many of her own projects. Furra was educated at the University of California, Irvine, graduating with a Psychology degree. It was while at UCI that she began her career directing in addition to acting. Her short film, "You Deserve It" won "Best Picture" and "Best Director" at the 2023 Mixed Bag Creative Film Challenge. She's gone on to create music videos for many local San Diego musicians and collaborate on projects around the world.
