Fiona Cagney was born on April 4, 1997 in Portland, Maine, USA. She is an actress, known for Up Up Down Down (2009), Syndrome (2017) and Penelope: Once Upon a Time in the Woods (2014).

Daughter of James Cagney IV.

Great grand-daughter of the actor James Cagney.

Accepted to 'American Academy of Dramatic Arts' 2015.

Plays the cello and percussion. Also sings with the Musica de Filia girls choir.

Graduated from Deering High School (Portland, ME) a year early in 2014.
