- As a British aristocrat her formal name (and title) is Lady Clara Elizabeth Iris Paget.
- Paget was born in 1988 to an artist father, Charles Paget, 8th Marquess of Anglesey, and writer mother, Georgeanne Elliot Downes.
- Paget's grandfather, The 7th Marquis of Anglesey, George Charles Henry Victor Paget, a published author who was born on October 8 1922, passed away at aged 90 in 2012. His writing career spanned over 30 years. Since The 7th Marquis had come from a family of distinguished soldiers, he started in the early 70's writing to honor the memory of his ancestors, a magisterial eight-volume History of the British Cavalry, 1816-1919. The first volume was published in 1973. The 8 volume writing project occupied him for 25 years. Lord Anglesey described the project as, "An amateur hobby in which I happen to have indulged". Paget herself if she so chose, could easily develop interesting projects, just based of of her own families interesting history.
- In various articles and musings (on the Internet) about Clara, one of her middle names has mistakenly been given as "Isis", which is wrong. The correct name to be used is "Iris".
- Friends can call her Tara.
- On the 17th of July of 2021 Clara Paget and Oscar William Tuttiett married, after 11 years and 5 months together. The couple had announced their engagement in February, 2019.
- Shares same ancestor with Princess Diana and Winston Churchill: Henry Bayly-Paget, 1st Earl of Uxbridge (1744-1812). Henry's son Henry Paget, 1st Marquess of Anglesey is the great-great-great-great-grandfather of both Clara Paget and Diana Spencer; and Henry Bayly-Paget's son John Spencer-Churchill, 7th Duke of Marlborough is Winston Churchill's grandfather.
