Meghan Kristine Lees is a Canadian-American actress and writer, born in Seattle and raised in Alberta. A dual citizen of Canada and the United States, she is known for bringing emotional depth and quiet intensity to her work. Before pursuing acting, Meghan earned a double major in Biology and Chemistry. She later trained in Vancouver and began building her career in independent film, with her role in the award-winning short Asperity helping establish her early on-screen presence. Meghan later spent nearly twelve years in Los Angeles, continuing to build credits across film and television, including Saints and Piece of Me. Her recent work includes Yellowjackets, Virgin River, the thriller Abducted Innocence, and the short film Not All Men. Her performance in Not All Men received a Rosie Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. In addition to her work on screen and as a writer, Meghan is a former competitive equestrian show jumper who began competing at a young age and won championships at just 13.
