Biography

Edward W. Townsend was born in 1855. He was a writer and actor, known for The Suit Case Mystery (1910), The Piece of Lace (1910) and The Valet's Vindication (1910). He died in 1942 in New York, USA.

American author of novels and short stories. Also served as a U.S. Congressman, elected to represent New Jersey's 7th and 10th Districts in the United States House of Representatives (from 1911 to 1915).
