Daniel Lapira, BFE, is a London based film and television editor whose work spans documentaries, features, shorts, and television drama. He began his career as an assistant editor on studio and independent productions filmed in Malta, including Steven Spielberg’s Munich and Kevin Reynolds’s Risen.
His editing credits include the multi award winning feature Simshar, Malta’s first ever submission for Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards, as well as A Thousand Blows (official selection, 68th BFI London Film Festival) and The Princess (official selection, Sundance Film Festival).
