Biography

Angie Bullaro was born in a small town in Pennsylvania, but grew up in East Detroit, MI. She's a third generation Italian American with strong ties to her Italian and French roots. From a young age Angie had a passion for storytelling, whether she was performing on stage, writing children's books, or listening to family stories around the table.

Angie works in all forms of media including film, television, theater, voice overs, audiobook narration, animation, and hosting. She has acted across from stars such as Stephen Baldwin, Sean Young, and William Forsythe. She produced and had a supporting role in the heartfelt family comedy "The Networker." She wrote the script for a sports biopic about the first woman to play in the NHL, which she was producing with Garry Marshall and Penny Marshall before their deaths. Her production company, which she owns with her husband Mike Musco, focuses on telling powerful and inspiring stories from voices that are often marginalized in today's society.

She is also an author. Her first children's book "Breaking the Ice: The True Story of the First Woman to Play in the National Hockey League" was released in 2020 by Simon and Schuster and is an amazon best seller and Junior Library Guild selection. Angie has several other children's stories in the works including animated features.

She splits her time between New York City and Los Angeles.
