Biography

Laura Posada is a multi-talented woman: mother, motivational speaker, author, certified life coach, family, health and fitness activist, TV personality, and philanthropic figure. She has been chosen by People en Español magazine as one of the Most Powerful Women of 2016 and is the spokesperson for Wonderful Pistachios. She was the first Latina to work as a spokesperson for the brand; now receiving two Bravo awards for "Campaign of the Year" in the Health and Nutrition category and in the Food and Drink category. Laura has showcased her life coaching expertise for the contestants on the TV show Nuestra Belleza Latina on Univision and as producer and host of the TV show Manual de Supervivencia con Laura Posada (Survival Guide with Laura Posada), which aired on Utilisima and FoxLife. Laura is a contributor for over 20 different publications as the New York Daily News, El Diario newspaper, Inspirulina, and Siempre Mujer Magazine.
