Roach is an Australian surfer. He is a 2 time winner of the Duct Tape Invitational event at Biarritz in 2012 and Noosa in 2013. He is the first non-American to win the competition. He has won 3 longboard Pro titles in a row (2012-14) and 2 noserider titles (2011,13) at The Noosa festival of Surfing. In 2018, he won the Classic Divison of the Surf 'Relik Longboard competition at trestles. He became World longboard champion in 2022.
