Sued her half-siblings John Henry Williams and Claudia Williams when they produced an informal "family pact" signed by Ted, John Henry, and Claudia in which they agreed "to be put into biostasis after we die". Bobbi-Jo insisted that Ted wanted to be cremated and his ashes scattered over his favorite fishing spot in Florida, as per his will. She dropped the suit when it was agreed that a $645,000 trust fund left by Williams would be divided equally among the siblings.
