Primetime Creative Arts Emmys: Photos We Love

Jesse Szymanski's 17-year career has spanned to encompass Producing, Hosting, Writing and Directing. Most recently, she worked as a Co-Executive Producer on the fourth season of the award-winning dramatic television series Blackstone.

In 2007, Jesse joined Prairie Dog Film + Television and started Producing a multitude of series including My Green House (lifestyle), Mixed Blessings (Comedy), and Blackstone (Drama) all of which have been major contributions in building Prairie Dog Film + Television. Shortly after beginning her producing career at the Idea Factory, Jesse started working in the Creative Services department at City TV, launching Speakers Corner Alberta and producing several educational contracts, eventually becoming an Entertainment Reporter for The City Show.

Jesse sits on the board of directors for WIFTA, is a member of AMPIA, the ACCT and CMPA. She volunteers her time to speak on various industry panels and is an active trainer and mentor for young media professionals. Jesse was featured in Avenue Magazine's "Top 40 Under 40", and was nominated for the Mayor's Celebration of the Arts Award for Excellence in Artistic Management.
