- Moe Abutoq is a Scottish film director and producer. His debut started on the BBC Television series River City (2002) where he directed a number of episodes for in 2014. In 2015, he co directed the feature film Wasted Time (2014) with longtime collaborator David Hayman Jr.. The film, featuring Scottish actor David Hayman was in just two weeks with a budget of £12,000 and marked the first feature for the production company Shooter Films. Wasted Time (2014) had its world premiere at the 2015 edition of the Glasgow Film Festival.
