Biography

Alex Coffee is a licensed California attorney and serves as Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs at Blumhouse Productions. Other company's Alex has worked for include Paramount Pictures, CBS Films, Sony Screen Gems and Bold Films. Throughout his career he has handled various business and legal affairs matter for the development, production, marketing, and distribution of feature film and television projects. He is highly experienced in all aspects of film production. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Southwestern Law School, teaching film production law and mentoring students in the schools entertainment law program.

Alex Coffee grew up in Portland, Oregon and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Portland State University. After graduating college he moved to Los Angeles to attend Southwestern Law School where he earned a Juris Doctorate in Entertainment and Sports Law.
