Biography

Abbas is an Egyptian bilingual professional script writer, fluent both in written and spoken Arabic and English. Abbas was born and raised in Egypt where he grew up in an artistic environment. His late father was a sculpture and painter and his late mother is an acclaimed high fashion designer in the Arab world.

He graduated with a BA in Banking. Abbas is very well traveled, and he is very familiar with the western culture and has also lived for several years in California. During his early twenties, he won several titles of Junior and National HW bodybuilding Mr. Egypt. Having always a passion for all forms of art, he produced interior design work and has recently created Fugoura, a line of trendy fusion ladies wear. Abbas started writing a weekly political article in "Altahrir", one of Egypt's newest and trendiest newspaper. He completed a degree in film at NYU School of Continued Education in 1999, studied a Screenwriters Mastering and Acting techniques for Writers and Directors, as well as Camera in action and Directing.
