- Connie founded ThinkSync Music over 17 years ago as an independent one-stop music creative consultancy and licensing service. ThinkSync work on feature films, TV series, theatrical trailers, TV promos and documentaries at every level and all projects are handled with the highest standards of creativity and professionalism.
Connie and the team provide a top to tail service from creative searches, budgeting, and negotiation, through to delivery of financiers and distributor’s requirements. ThinkSync provide solutions for all musical needs both on camera and off camera; from obscure, niche playlists to huge named artists, sourcing choirs and musicians through to working on set, coordinating with all the other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations whenever music is featured. Services also include sourcing, negotiating and overseeing composer hire.
Aside from Connie, the team consists of Head of Licensing Claire Munro along with Music Coordinator GeorgiaMae Bromley and Music Researcher Oscar Roberts.
