Fatih Ürek was born in a working class family in eastern Turkey. At a
very young age he moved to a western city to pursue a career in
singing. He sang in night clubs in Bursa before moving to Istanbul
which is the center of Turkish music and filming industry. He started
acting later in life when he was an established pop and fantasy singer
and a familiar face on daytime television and celebrity chat shows.
