Faith Wladyka was born on March 2, 2004 in New York City, New York, USA. She is an actress, known for Blue Valentine (2010), One Life to Live (1968) and Difficult People (2015).

Booked the role of Frankie in Blue Valentine (2010) a month after her 5th birthday. It was the first feature film role she ever auditioned for.

After cutting her hair to play Frankie in Blue Valentine (2010), Faith donated 13 inches to Locks of Love.
