Mathieu Alvado is a French composer for film, television and video games. His music blends symphonic writing with modern production, often combining orchestral scope with thematic and melodic storytelling.

He gained international recognition for the animated Netflix series Astérix & Obélix: The Big Fight, for which his score was noted for its large-scale orchestral writing and stylistic references to classic adventure cinema. His work also includes the video game Empire of the Ants and numerous animated and live-action productions.

His music has been recorded with international orchestras and has received several nominations and awards from film-music organizations and critics associations.
