- Jonathan Toews was born on April 29, 1988 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is an actor, known for Jumpstart (2021), Pond Hockey (2008) and NHL on NBC (2006).
- Third overall pick in the 2006 NHL draft by the Chicago Blackhawks. Member of Canada West's 2005 World U-17 Hockey Challenge championship team, Canada's 2006 and 2007 World Junior championship teams, and 2007 Canada's World championship team.
- Has won three Stanley Cups as a member of the Chicago Blackhawks.
