- Chris Acton was born in Essex, England in 1986 to Sue and Peter Acton, he is the elder brother of the lead singer of Stealing Signs, Nick Acton. From an early age Chris showed an incredible interest in the performing arts acting in many school plays and playing the drums and singing in bands including Strange Duck. Much of his spare time as a child was spent making short films with his parents Video 8 camera. At 16, Chris started an A level in Media Studies and his love of film was well and truly ignited; Chris decided to dedicate his life to the medium. Following this he achieved a triple Distinction for Moving Image Media at South East Essex Collage and a Degree in Production from Ravensbourne Collage of Communication, Chistlehurst. In 2011 Chris started production company Remember the Projector Ltd. and began making music videos and short films straight away and in 2012 he got his first producing credit on a feature for Welcome to the Majority. Chris is extremely dedicated to the art and craft of cinema and one day plans to an important force in British cinema. Chris lives in South London with his fiancée, Kat.

- Until the age of 20 Chris was dedicated to becoming an actor, but after studying media he realised that what he really wanted out of life was to be a story teller and as an actor he always felt he would be telling other peoples stories instead of his own.
