Educated to degree level ( B.A.(Hons) Oxon (jurisprudence). Possibly the only known actor to play Polonius and Claudius in the same production of Hamlet. Appearance as William Gillette in The Game's Afoot at Swanage repertory theatre in Dorset UK secured his admission to the pantheon of Holmes performers. Apparently.
