  • Born in Rolling Hills, California.
  • Her father Anthony Carsello was a gifted industrial designer and artist. Anthony "Tony" Carsello had a design firm on La Cienega in the 60's with business partner Ed DiGiulio (2001 Gordon E. Sawyer Award Winner) They designed for Mitchell Camera Corporation and Garrett Brown "The Steadicam". Carsello designed and patented the famous Acoustic Egg Chair from the 60's. DiGiulio later contributed by suggesting to add a stereo to the inside of the chair. Carsello and DiGiulio later patented that famous combination as the Acoustic Stereo Egg Chair. Carsello went on to design for Cinema Products Corporation, Sony, NASA, Carroll Shelby, the 1984 Olympic Relay Torch design team and many other notables.
