Has an older brother, Carlo Borromeo. Through him she has a sister-in-law, Italian fashion designer Marta Ferri. Carlo and Beatrice's grandmother, Marta Marzotto was a fashion designer too.

Has three older half-sisters from her father's first marriage to German model Marion Zota: Isabella (b. February 3rd, 1975), Lavinia (b. March 10th, 1977) and Matilde (b. August 8th, 1983).

From her father's side she is related to San Carlo Borromeo, who was the cardinal archbishop of Milan from 1564 to 1584.

She has interviewed many important people; among them Roberto Saviano and Italian politician Marcello Dell'Utri.

As a model she has worked for many important fashion houses like Valentino, Trussardi, Alberta Ferretti and Ermanno Scervino.

Her grandparents from her mother's side are Marta Marzotto and Umberto Marzotto. Her grandparents from her father's side were Vitaliano Borromeo, 2º principe d'Angera and Ida Taverna. The Borromeos are an Italian aristocratic family.

Her half-sister Lavinia married John Elkann, grandson of Giovanni Agnelli, on September 4th, 2004. They have 3 children.

Her half-sister Isabella is married to Count Ugo Brachetti-Peretti. They have 2 children.

Her half-sister Matilde is married to Prince Antonius Von Fürstenberg. They have two sons.

(July 25, 2015) Married her boyfriend of 7 years Pierre Casiraghi in a civil ceremony in the gardens of the Prince's Palace of Monaco.

Has two sons with her husband Pierre Casiraghi - Stefano Ercole Carlo Casiraghi (b. February 28, 2017) and Francesco Carlo Albert Casiraghi (b. May 21, 2018).
