Biography

Ananya Arin Paul is an Indian Executive Producer and Creative Producer known for her work across films, OTT content, music videos and high-scale television productions. She is currently the Executive Producer at TIPS Music & TIPS Films, leading the production of the Marathi feature film Sridevi Prasanna, numerous short films and over twenty music videos for the TIPS banner.

Before becoming Executive Producer in 2023, she worked as Creative Associate (Film Business) at TIPS from 2021 to 2023, contributing to creative development, artist coordination and production execution across multiple projects.

Her earlier experience includes major non-fiction and reality projects with Colosceum Media, where she worked on MTV Roadies and MasterChef India Season 4. She has also held key creative and production roles at 4 Lions Films, Feelgood Production and Saaibaba Telefilms. At Arin Paul Productions, she contributed to award-winning documentaries and branded content for TERI, USAID, Coca-Cola, Handi-Care International (Canada) and Amar Seva Sangam.

With more than 15 years in film, television and digital media, Ananya is known for her strong creative judgement, on-ground production leadership and ability to deliver large-scale, fast-turnaround projects with clarity and precision.
