Joseph Sguera was born in Queens, New York. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Lubin School of Business at Pace University. He is an award-winning producer, writer and director. Several of his films and documentaries premiered at major film festivals throughout the United States. He is also is restaurateur and owns a successful restaurant on the North Shore of Long Island.
