Tom Pryce was born on January 11, 1949 in Ruthin, Denbighshire, Wales, UK. He is known for Bobby Deerfield (1977), Formula 1 (1950) and The Grand Prix Night of the Stars (1976). He was married to Fenella Warwick-Smith. He died on March 5, 1977 in Midrand, South Africa.

Ex-Formula One racing driver, who raced for: Token (1974 (1 GP)), Shadow (1974 (8 GPs)-1975 (14 GPs)-1976 (16 GPs)-1977 (3 GPs)). He started 42 Grands Prix, 1 Pole Position, 2 Podiums and 19 Points. Best ranked in the World Championship: 10th in 1975.

Teammates in Formula One were: Jean-Pierre Jarier and Renzo Zorzi.
