Biography

Raimo Sailas was a Finnish civil servant who did a long career on that field. He was born in Nivala; in the province of North Ostrobothnia, but lived later in Espoo; the second biggest city in Finland, located not far away westward of Helsinki, on the south coast - in the province of Uusimaa ["Newland"] - in which he studied in his youth.
