Biography

Rob Kirby is a writer, actor, and script doctor based in Southern California. Growing up, if Rob wasn't playing sports or watching way too much TV, he was doing his best to entertain those around him in anyway he could, so a career in entertainment seemed like the logical way to go. Rob was a stand-up for two years after high school. When he decided that life wasn't for him, he enrolled in Cal State Fullerton's Radio/TV and Film program where he fell in love with writing. Always one to help out when needed, Rob worked on his classmates projects in anyway he could. After being in front of the camera for a few shoots, Rob was also bit with the acting bug and started to take classes in that field as well. After working in the industry for a few years, Rob decided to hone his craft more and go back to Cal State Fullerton to get his MFA in Screenwriting. Rob Studied acting at the famed South Coast Repertory.

Rob studied Improv under Greg Atkins

Now writing in the industry full time, Rob also loves to take the occasional acting gig when he's able to.

Rob is the 2023 Online Improv World Champion.

Rob is an avid poker player.

Rob has a passion for improv and tries to perform as often as possible

Rob has always loved to compete, and still plays in adult basketball and flag football leagues year round.
