His biggest inspirations in drag are Naomi Campbell, Grace Jones, Beyoncé and Diana Ross.

Won title of "America's Next Drag Superstar" on season one of reality show RuPaul's Drag Race (2009).

Performs as Bebe Zahara Benet in drag. The name Bebe came to him whilst driving, Benet represents the French side of him and the name Zahara came from a trip to Las Vegas, Cleopatra and the Sahara Desert. Zahara also flows well and links back to his African origins.

Has a fear of heights.
