Biography

Heather Caldwell is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native living in the Midwest. Heather dreamed of pursuing an acting career since the age of 5. She began acting as early as the third grade when she played the role of Hellen Keller in a classroom play. From there she went on to study acting at the Mt. Lebanon Center for the Arts. She continued to study acting and dance throughout high school and college. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she earned a degree in Deaf Education. Her fluency in American Sign Language was what helped her land her first SAG commercial and later a role in the Jeff Nichols Indie film "Take Shelter". She most recently appeared in the horror movie "Evil Takes Root" where she can also be seen signing!
