Joe Leon was born on April 12, 1953 in Maryland, USA. He was an actor, known for Rescue Me (2015), Who Killed Chandra Levy? (2011) and The Fugitive Chronicles (2009). He died on October 10, 2023.

Appeared on the UK show Age Gap Love with ex girlfriend Angela diPasquo.

Served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Steinaker DD-863 during the Vietnam conflict as a communications petty officer.
