Biography

Born and raised in the West Side of San Antonio, Daniel "DJ" Velíz is a freelance writer, director, and producer. His main focus is on social/political movies that mainly deal with class/race issues. Regarded as one of the up-and-coming directors to look out for, DJ Velíz is gearing up to write/direct his first feature. He also works as a Script Supervisor and Assistant Director for independent movies and television shows.
