Biography

Emily lives in NYC.

Emily's husband, Paco Torres, plays wheelchair rugby and once played for Team USA.

Emily invented an emotional healing technique called The Drawing Out Process, which she developed into a full healing approach called The ChangeLight System.

Emily was a spontaneous volunteer on 9/11 in NYC. She lived at Ground Zero for about 2 weeks, during which she ran supplies and emotionally supported other first responders. She later organized with fellow spontaneous volunteers to start a community center called September Space.

As a result of exposure to chemicals at Ground Zero, Emily suffered from severe all-over-body eczema and bouts of depression for many years. Thanks to eliminating chemical triggers, deep emotional healing work, dermatology protocols, and other methods, Emily no longer struggles with these symptoms.
