Frank J. Dion was raised in Seattle, Washington and helps head out Rip Roarer Productions.
Frank holds an undergraduate degree in Dance from the Cornish Institute of Fine Arts (Cornish College) as well as an undergraduate degree in Special Education: Mild to Moderate. He also has a Master's Degree in Education from California State University - Northridge.
Frank has worked both sides of the camera in film, together with his own written, produced, composed and directed films alongside his own production company.
