Biography

Adrian Raphael Santos is a seasoned film and broadcast producer with a distinguished career in Philippine television and cinema. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, he has worked with acclaimed producers and directors across various formats such as full-length films, game shows, travel and lifestyle shows, youth-oriented series, primetime dramas, and more. Some of his notable works include: GMA7's Afternoon Prime: Magdusa Ka (2009), a finalist in the 37th International Emmy Awards for Best Telenovela; GMA 7's Primetime Epic Series: Amaya (2011), the most expensive series produced in Philippine television; The Janitor (2014), the most awarded film at the 10th Cinemalaya; and most recently, The Kingdom (2024), an official entry to the 50th Metro Manila Film Festival which won 2nd Best Picture and the Gatpuno Antonio J. Villegas Cultural Award. He is currently with APT Entertainment, Inc., serving as Channel Manager of Cignal TV's comedy channel BuKo (Buhay Komedya). Adrian is also active in the academe, serving as part-time faculty at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Antipolo and San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila.
