Biography

After graduating from the University of Richmond, Sue joined the sales department at Henninger Media Services. She became a project manager focused on graphics, compression and DVD projects before joining the international licensing team at Discovery Communications. In her role there, she worked closely with home video partners around the world and led an e-learning initiative with a company in Taiwan. She attended The Documentary Center at The George Washington University and earned a certificate in documentary filmmaking before re-joining Henninger to lead production projects.

Over 15 years in a production capacity at Henninger, she grew from production management to writing, producing and directing. She has led over 350 production, post production and animation projects and in the process, established a vast network of crew people, voiceover talent, editors, animators, locations, studios and other trusted resources.

In 2022, she left Henninger Media Services to start Rising Night Productions (RNP). RNP provides high-quality video storytelling to organizations of all sizes.
