Moises Palacios (born Moises Palacios Valle) was born in Atotonilco Mexico and started the most important part of his artistic career which is "doblaje" (dubbing) thanks to his cousin Juan Manuel Palacios and other people who helped him.
In theater he leadered the interesting play "En la Mancha" (on the spot) based in the work of Miguel de Cervantes
Among his most memorable works are dubbing Roy Faulkner in "Macross" and of course "Dilbert" in Dilbert.
He is also a casting and dubbing director.
He considers Jorge Arvizu "El Tata" as one of his most important teachers and friends.
