Aristotle Onassis to build Olympic Tower (1971), 51-story a residential/commercial building across from St. Patrick's Cathedral, and with
Ian Schrager in creating some of the first boutique hotels in New York City; they also acquired and renovated the Royalton Hotel, the Paramount Hotel, and the Barbizon Hotel.
