Biography

Born in Suffern, New York where he resides with his mom, Cheryl and his sister, Marissa Barnes who is also an actor. David attended public school in the Ramapo Central School District and graduated from Suffern High School in 2008. He graduates from Rockland Community College in the honors program in 2009 and will be transferring to a college/university in NYC so he may continue to work as an actor/singer/dancer while attending school to further his studies. He plans on attending law school one day. David has been performing since he was 9 years old. He will always remember practicing for his auditions with the help of his grandfather, Irwin Kahn, who played the keyboards. One of David's most cherished moments came when he was chosen by director Richard Loncraine and then Renee Zellweger to play Renee's son, Robbie, in the movie, "My One and Only". While the producer ultimately chose someone with "more credits" to his name, David will never forget the incredible experiences he shared with Richard and Renee.
