Professional tennis player from Australia whose most famous victory was beating
Boris Becker at Wimbledon in 1987. Becker was the favorite--in addition to being ranked #1 in the world--and Doohan was ranked #70, after starting the year ranked at #301. His victory earned him the nickname "Becker Wrecker". In 2017 he was diagnosed with ALS, aka "Lou Gehrig's Disease". He died in Sydney, Australia, on July 21, 2017.
