Maximilian Haidbauer is an award-winning Media Executive, Producer & Director with over 150 hours of Branded Content, Social Impact Documentaries and Television programs to his credit.

Haidbauer is an experienced storyteller with a passion for social impact, music and urban culture. During a successful 8-year tenure with Red Bull Media House, Haidbauer developed, produced and directed multiple acclaimed programs including "Break'n Reality," a series profiling the most influential B-Boy's from around the world and "Games of Strange," a series that gave viewers a front row seat to the most bizarre and outrages sporting events across the globe.

In addition, Haidbauer has traveled the globe to more than 30 countries producing & directing content and experienced first-hand some of the world's most devastation social issues. As a result, since 2013 Haidbauer has produced the Award-winning "+27: Social Innovators of South Africa" and "Creators of Tomorrow," two series that profile creative Social Entrepreneurs who make a positive impact in their communities.

Most recently, Haidbauer produced & directed a feature length documentary on pro surfer Jon Rose and his lifelong mission to bring clean water to those in need throughout the world. In the documentary "Waves for Water," the humanitarian surfs, sails and treks his way across the globe on a personal journey to end the world's water crisis. The documentary featuring Rosario Dawson & Patricia Arquette successfully released on Red Bull TV in March 2017.
