Peter Darnes(I)

Peter Darnes is a British film maker and author born in Cambridgeshire, England. Peter enjoyed success throughout the 1980's as a stand-up comic, touring the UK and appearing in the BBC new comedy awards. He shared the stage with Noel Fielding and Ross Noble. Peter moved in to writing drama where he co-produced his first feature film "Christine Piper" on Amazon Prime Video. Peter is known to be a versatile film maker and creative thinker, contributing widely to film productions. His recent works include contributions to the UK teen TV show "The Luna Squad" and the adaptation of the world renowned Norwegian play "Ellida, The Lady from the Sea". Peter has co-written books, including the children's story, "The Tale of the Fox". The film of the same name has also been released to Amazon Prime Video. Peter is the founder of "So Shoot Me" films and TV and is a regular collaborator with Cinalight Studios.
