Hilarion Banks was born on July 21, 1985 in Arlington, Texas. He is an American director and cinematographer best known for his work in independent features and shorts. He is an alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles where he studied film production and is now a co-founder of Cave of Time Pictures, LLC with his brother Polaris Banks.
