Biography

  • Pat Lambert is an Executive Producer and SVP of Development for French Tuck Media - a production shingle founded by Queer Eye's Tan France and Magnolia Network's former CCO Donna MacLetchie - alongside their studio partner Madison Wells (CNN Films' Prime Minister, Searchlight's In the Eyes of Tammy Faye, Broadway's Hadestown).

Lambert joined French Tuck in January 2025 and has supported an original series in development at Apple with 2x Oscar-nominated director Smriti Mundhra (Indian Matchmaking), and a broad genre slate of projects with partners including Polygram / Universal Music, Live Nation, Campfire Studios, Conde Nast and more.

His latest feature documentary - "Rebbeca: The Becky G Story" - made it's world premiere at Tribeca Film Festival 2025. Lambert serves as EP supporting co-directors Jennifer Tiexierea (HBO's Unveiled: Surviving La Luz Del Mundo) and Gabriela Cavanagh (Hulu's Padma Lakshmi: Taste the Nation) produced by Live Nation in association with SONY. Next he serves as an EP on the definitive biographical documentary of the late country music icon Toby Keith directed by Mark Monroe (Netflix's Harry & Meghan, Icarus, Apple's The Beatles: Eight Days a Week, The Beach Boys) and produced by Live Nation and Universal Music Group / Mercury Studios.

Previous to French Tuck Lambert served as Head of Development and Documentaries for Creature Films, a Lionsgate company, from 2022 - 2025. Creature Films is known for series like MTV's Laguna Beach and Siesta Key, Amazon's Mary J Blige: My Life documentary, Behind the Music on Paramount+ and the upcoming doc The Lady and The Legend with Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett (projects he supported as the key exec over current programming).

In 2024 Lambert Executive Produced Lifetime's Where is Wendy Williams? documentary series which broke ratings records (12M+ viewers, EMMY short list) and became an explosive cultural piece about conservatorship, addiction, and the pitfalls of fame. The series sparked a #FreeWendy movement akin to #FreeBritney and fueled a slew of subsequent doc pieces in 2025.

Marissa Evans, former health and culture reporter for the LA Times, comments in her piece 'Where is Wendy Williams?' reveals the uncomfortable truth about black women and chronic illness (Emancipator, March 9, 2024),: "The documentary forces viewers to confront societal discomfort around what it means to see Black women physically and mentally declining from illness...The push for keeping medical struggles private can make it more difficult for friends and family to pool resources for support and to destigmatize the realities. The documentary can potentially help people recognize symptoms among their loved ones... This show will change how we talk about Black women, dementia, chronic illness, guardianships, and caregiving support."

While at Creature Lambert set up projects and docs / doc series at Hulu, A&E, BET, Lifetime, MTV and with independent doc financiers and developed projects with celeb partners including Mary J Blige, Peyton Manning, Billy Porter and more.

Previous to Creature Films he was the Vice President of Development and Head of Talent at 44 Blue Productions, behind series like E!'s Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry, TBS' Backyard Bar Wars, OWN's All the Single Ladies, Snapchat's Coming Out and Run for Office, and MTV's 16 & In the System. Lambert focused on access and impact-driven stories.

As Head of Talent, Lambert oversaw talent-driven current programming and development / packaging for premium documentary series and entertainment formats with A-list partners. He packaged and developed projects with Kendrick Lamar, Kevin Costner, Viola Davis, Adam Scott, Whoopi Goldberg, Sean Hayes, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, Russell Westbrook, Jessica Biel, Chloe Grace Moretz, and more.

During his time as a development exec he's developed in nearly every genre - from shiny floor games and international formats to social experiments and lifestyle programming to investigative documentary and true crime series. A personal favorite sale was a scripted pilot with NBC / Universal produced by Jessica Biel's Iron Ocean and written by a former SNL head writer about an ensemble of Real Housewives-inspired terrorizing puppets called Going Doll.

He's set up projects at almost all major streaming networks (Netflix, HBOMax, Paramount+, Hulu, Amazon, Peacock, Discovery+) and linear channels (E!, Bravo, USA, MTV, Discovery, TLC, BET, CW, OWN, History, AE, Lifetime).

He started his career as a news and talent booker for talk shows and series at NBC, ABC, FOX, and E!, booking everyone from former Presidents and Oprah to Honey Boo Boo and the Housewives. Series included ABC's Fablife, Tegna's Bishop TD Jakes Show, NBC's Extra, IFC's Comedy Bang! Bang!

Lambert is the proud son of a lobsterman from a small fishing village - Little Compton, RI. He graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College at Emerson College in Boston, MA with a B.S. in Political Communications & Social Advocacy.
