- Paraag Shukla was born in New Delhi and raised in the United States. He received a degree in Government and International Politics with a concentration in International and Comparative Studies from George Mason University. He is an author of the well-received "Money in the Bank: Lessons Learned from Past Counterinsurgency (COIN) Operations," a RAND Corporation publication distributed to top decision makers in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He has directed and acted in a range of projects on both screen and stage.
