Alexander Würtz is a German sound designer and supervising sound editor known for his work on international film and television productions. He gained recognition for his work on the Netflix series "Dark" (2017-2020), for which he received nominations for an HPA Award and a Golden Reel Award.
Over the course of his career, Würtz has worked on productions including "1899", "Blood & Gold", "Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo", "Cloud Atlas", and "The Dark Valley". His work focuses on cinematic sound design, dialogue editing, and supervising sound post-production for feature films and serialized productions.
