Judy Chu was born on July 7, 1953 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She has been married to Mike Eng since 1978.

U.S. Representative (D) from California (July 14, 2009-present), representing much of the northern San Gabriel Valley.

Graduated from UCLA w/ a B.A in math (1974).

Graduated from Alliant International University w/ a Ph.D. in psychology (1979).
