Tanya Malik is a Biohacker and certified Functional Nutritionist focused on longevity. Her work centers on biohacking to reverse lifestyle diseases and achieve peak health by tailoring solutions to your bio-individuality.
Her career began in the media industry, applying her education in design thinking. However, her true calling led her to leave the glamour of the media world and pursue a path in health and wellness. This shift was deeply personal, driven by her own battle with PCOS and hypothyroidism. Through biohacking, she successfully reversed her lifestyle diseases, which sparked her deep passion for epigenomics and functional healing.
To deepen her expertise, she collaborated with renowned institutions such as UCD, Liverpool University, and Reading, conducting on-ground research studies through her not-for-profit initiative Streedhan India. These studies aimed to explore the socio-cultural factors impacting women's health, health-related behaviors, and well-being. This experience, combined with her studies in sports nutrition and certification in functional nutrition, equipped her with valuable insights into health challenges specific to our nation.
With six years of research and practical experience, Tanya decided to channel her passion into a larger mission.
