  • Sharon Blynn is an Actorvist and founder of Bald Is Beautiful, an ovarian cancer awareness organization dedicated to empowering women and girls to define their beauty and wholeness on their own terms. With this sense of purpose as the foundation, Sharon has gone on to appear on TV and in films, and performed on stages in New York and Los Angeles, as well as doing motivational spokesperson appearances internationally. Most recently, Sharon originated the role of Skrull alien Soren (wife to Ben Mendelsohn's Talos) in Captain Marvel and Spider-Man: Far from Home for Marvel, and Red Wizard Dimitra Flass in Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and she appeared on TV's This Is Us (NBC), The Detour (TBS), Body of Proof (ABC), Shameless (Showtime), and Lie to Me (Fox). In addition to hosting the PBS documentary, The Whisper: The Silent Crisis of Ovarian Cancer, and the Revlon Pink Pony Foundation "Let's Talk About Cancer" podcast, her original one-woman piece "How Are We Feeling Today?" was presented in New York and Los Angeles. Sharon's honors include the BraveHeart Women's Courage Award and the Lilly Tartikoff/EIF Hope Award, being featured as a Revlon Role Model and one Lifetime TV's "Remarkable Women" and featured in Kenneth Cole "We All Walk in Different Shoes" campaign, among other accolades.
